POLICIES

30 DAY CANCELLATION NOTICE for all sessions: NO EXCEPTIONS  

 

Classes

 

For all classes/series/enrollments, a full refund less $50.00 will be issued if you cancel at least 2 weeks prior to the start of your child’s enrollment. No refund will be granted for any reason if you cancel within 1 week/7 days of your child’s enrollment.

 

Tuition

 

Tuition is not transferable from enrollment to enrollment or student to student for sessions missed. We do not credit tuition for missed classes. If notified 24 hours in advance, and only if space is available, students can make up one class per week on another day of the same week.

 

Cancellations

 

All classes/privates require a 24 hour cancellation on the MindBody scheduling site in order to receive a full refund.  Any cancellations within the 24 hour period prior to the start time of the class/privates lesson will be charged at full rate for the class. There are no exceptions to this policy.

 

Make-ups

 

If notified 24 hours in advance, and only if space is available, students can make up one class per week on another day of the same week during the enrollment dates.

 

Parties

 

Parties must be paid in full 2 weeks prior to your event date.  No refund will be granted for any reason if you cancel within 1 week/7 days of your party.  All parties require a 50% non-refundable deposit to hold the date.

 

ATTIRE/WHAT TO WEAR

 

What to Wear

 

FOR GIRLS:

 

Form-fitting leggings that cover the back of your knees. Shirts should be tight enough to stay put when you are upside down or long enough to tuck in. A leotard or unitard is PREFERRED. Hair needs to be up and off your face. Bare feet, no shoes or socks are needed for aerial and trampoline training.  For dance : jazz shoes, ballet shoes, or 

 

FOR BOYS:

ABSOLUTELY NO JEWELRY Of ANY KIND, ZIPPERS or BELTS.

What to Bring 

 

We have snacks, water bottles and *Gatorade available for purchase.

Drop off and Parking

 

We ask that you please walk your child into the facility.  Please do not park in Le Studio staff parking.  Parking is available around the lot and metered parking on the street. 

 

Drop off/Pick Up

 

An additional $25.00 an hour and $15/30 min. will be billed for early drop off or late pick up.
